Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clarivy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

Use License

Pilot access is limited to the named customer team, approved legal-entity cases, and the written pilot scope. Access may not be resold, shared outside the authorized team, or used to investigate natural persons.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Clarivy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Process a case without a documented purpose and legal basis
• Use Clarivy for unrestricted person search, surveillance, or harassment
• Take automated legal, recovery, or compliance action from a model output
• Infringe privacy, confidentiality, or third-party rights
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
